Busfest Information & Merchandise Centre is located in the Three Counties Centre, North Tower end of the Severn Hall. Opening hours are:
Friday 11.00 - 17.00, Saturday 09.00 - 17.00 & Sunday 09.00 - 16.00.
Security Control is located at the Show Office/BBC Building adjacent to the Busfest Information Centre. We will be operating high profile 24 hr security & CCTV. Security/First Aid Hotline is available throughout the weekend by calling: TBC.
Fire Station is located at the north end of the Main Arena. Fire Points are located at all main control points. Busfest have their own fire engine, fire marshalling vehicles & fire team who make regular patrols.
Show & Shine will be in the Display Arena on Sunday.
Vehicle Sales & Auto Jumble will be located in Brown Car Park, West Site area.
Food & Drink are located in the Trade Village and the Food Court on Main Street by the Severn Hall. We also have ‘Food for Thought’ in the SW corner of the Severn Hall, the ‘Stockmans Bar & Restaurant’ by the Avon & Wye Halls, and catering/bar units in various locations of the showground. New for 2019 we have ‘street food’ located by the Chill Stage’.
Toilets are located in several welfare blocks on site including the Severn Hall which has accessible facilities.
Showers are located at the Teme Block, Yellow Block & Stockmans Block. There will be additional shower units on the family campsite.
Gas is available at a camping shop on the road to Hanley Swan, near the main site. Lighting Leisure in the Trade Village may also stock some. Elsan Emptying Points are positioned outside the fixed welfare blocks & at several of the
portable welfare units.
Camping Safely. Please remember to think safely at all times. Ensure your vehicle & camping equipment are safe, and that you keep a sensible distance from the next camping unit. Gazebo’s & awnings to be firmly tied down as the Malvern wind can be quite strong.
The use of BBQ’s is permitted but please take extreme care when doing so.
